1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the pk666 website, mobile platform, or any service offered by pk666 (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. • You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and in your own name. Corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register accounts on the Platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and in all subsequent communications with pk666. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or where pk666 has determined not to offer its services. It is your sole responsibility to verify the laws applicable to you before registering.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with pk666 or any other gambling platform. If you have previously self-excluded and believe your exclusion period has expired, contact pk666 support before attempting to re-register.

pk666 reserves the right to carry out verification checks at any time to confirm that eligibility requirements continue to be met. Failure to satisfy these requirements, or refusal to cooperate with a verification check, may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawal requests.

3. Account Registration and KYC Verification

Each player may hold only one registered account on pk666. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances pending investigation. If you accidentally create a duplicate account, contact support immediately to have the duplicate closed.

Registration Information

• You must provide your real full name exactly as it appears on your National ID card. Any discrepancy between the name on your account and the name on your identity documents will delay or block withdrawal processing.
• You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number that you own and control. This number will be used for OTP-based login verification, withdrawal confirmations, and important account communications.
• You must confirm that you are at least 21 years of age by ticking the age-confirmation checkbox during registration. This declaration has legal force; submitting a false declaration is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You must agree to these Terms and Conditions and the pk666 Privacy Policy at the time of registration. Failure to accept both documents will prevent registration from completing.

KYC Identity Verification

pk666 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing their first withdrawal. KYC verification requires you to submit a clear photograph of your Bangladesh National ID card and a recent selfie. Documents must be clearly legible and must not be expired. pk666 may request additional documentation at any time where it has reasonable grounds to doubt the accuracy of information already provided. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending satisfactory completion of the process. KYC data is handled in accordance with the pk666 Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

pk666 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers through participating Bangladeshi financial institutions. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pk666 does not charge platform-side transaction fees on any deposit or withdrawal. Third-party fees charged by your payment provider are outside pk666's control and are not reimbursed.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by pk666, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to someone other than the registered pk666 account holder — are not permitted and will be returned.
• Deposits linked to a bonus promotion will be subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms before withdrawal of any winnings generated from that deposit.
• pk666 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made from a stolen payment instrument, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability and pk666's operational discretion.
• All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. A withdrawal request submitted before KYC is complete will be placed in a pending queue and processed only after satisfactory verification documents have been received and reviewed.
• pk666 targets withdrawal processing within 15 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) operational hours. Bank transfer processing times may be longer depending on the receiving bank's schedule. These are target times, not guarantees, and may be affected by verification holds or high-volume periods.
• pk666 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Additional verification documentation may be requested before funds are released.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

pk666 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. pk666 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any player from a promotion without prior notice where abuse is suspected.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The rollover multiplier and eligible games list are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering on excluded games does not count towards meeting the rollover requirement.
• pk666 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus, free spin, or promotional credit where it determines the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, exploitation of a technical error, or breach of the promotion's specific terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account or using a VPN to circumvent the one-claim-per-player restriction constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Bonuses expire if not activated or wagered through within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the player's account and cannot be reinstated.

pk666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn or modified after a player has already activated the offer, the player will be notified and the original terms at the time of activation will continue to govern that player's participation.

6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

pk666 is operated for the legitimate entertainment of players who participate in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Collusion between two or more players to share information, coordinate betting strategies, or manipulate game outcomes in any game type, including live dealer tables and sports betting markets.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, exploit bonus offers, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploitation of software errors, display glitches, pricing errors, or any other technical fault to place bets or claim winnings at odds that do not reflect the platform's intended pricing. pk666 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous price and to recover any winnings paid out as a result of such a fault.
• Money laundering, structuring of transactions to avoid detection, or use of pk666 as a conduit for funds derived from illegal activity. pk666 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by law.
• Any attempt to charge back, reverse, or dispute a deposit payment after the deposited funds have been used to place bets. Initiating a payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider for a deposit that was legitimately processed and used on pk666 constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Where pk666 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account; void all bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct; forfeit all funds in the account; recover any winnings paid out as a result of prohibited conduct; and refer the matter to law enforcement or other regulatory authorities.

7. Responsible Gaming
